Goodspeed Motoring Shipping Policy
Delivery Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information when your order has shipped. Orders of a high dollar amount or orders being shipped to a alternate address, may incur a delay as we verify order accuracy and to insure against purchase fraud.
Please Note: Federal regulations prohibit the shipment of aerosol products by air. These items are shipped by UPS Ground Freight and only within the 48 connected United States. Sorry, we cannot offer express 2 day or 3 day delivery on these products, nor can we ship outside of the 48 connected United States.
In adddition, we WILL NOT ship to P.O. Boxes unless you select an approved product for USPS Priority Mail Delivery. If you select a P.O. Box for delivery via United Parcel Service (UPS), your order will be held until you contact Goodspeed Motoring with a physical address. We will make every attempt possible to contact you regarding a valid delivery address.
We ship via UPS and USPS.
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service. Ground service will take 1 to 7 business days to reach you, depending on your location. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order, which will be calculated for you during checkout. 48 State Business Ground Shipping rates are posted in cart system.
Other UPS shipping methods such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available if designated in checkout. This service will take the approiate number of business days from date shipped to to reach you within the lower 48 states. Please allow for our regular processing time as indicated above.

Packages sent out for delivery via UPS are generally left at the desired location assuming that the location is safe. If UPS feels the location is unsafe to leave the package unattended they will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver the package. Shipments that are undeliverable will be returned by UPS to Goodspeed Motoring. Once the merchandise is returned, it is Goodspeed Motoring's policy to refund the order less shipping and handling fees.
Items incurring special shipping charges will be indicated within the item description.
Approved items may quality for USPS Priority Mail Service. USPS Priority Service will only appear if your order contains allowed products.
Attention International Customers: Goodspeed Motoring cannot ship products outside the Continental United States. Orders placed for international shipment will be credited less a processing fee. These fees are strictly to cover costs for credit card transactions and gateway charges that we incur.
Please Note: Goodspeed Motoring reserves the right to change delivery method at its discression. Due to unforseen factors such as weather or regional disaster, we may change the method of delivery to best suit our delivery times.
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.
Order Status and Tracking
If you've provided a valid email address when you order you will receive two emails:
- the first confirms your order
- the second confirms your shipment
Shipments that are undeliverable to the address specified will be refunded once the merchandise is returned to Goodspeed Motoring un der the following terms: Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the order will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order.
Goodspeed Motoring reserves the right to use alternative shipping methods when necessary.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Goodspeed Motoring within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us to obtain a RMA. Returns not containing a proper RMA may not be accepted, and if they are accepted, will incur a restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Partial Refunds may be issued for the following items:
· Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds will not be accepted for items that show the following:
· Any item that has obvious signs of use.
· Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago may not appear in the list of orders eligible for return.. Such an order will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, obtain a proper RMA and please include a copy of your original sales receipt and ship the order to:

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact Goodspeed Motoring to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location.
