We do NOT offer "formal" phone hours, but instead RETURN ALL MESSAGES at a time when we are able to focus on your situation / questions and aren't preoccupied with the flurry of deadlines and shipments that we are shipping to waiting customers in the busy part of our day. We return calls DURING THE DAY at various times throughout the week as time allows, so please be prepared to wait a bit for us to call you back.
