3M Perfect-It 3000 Extra Cut Rubbing Compound provides a superior cut while leaving a fine swirl mark finish on all modern paint systems including water-borne systems. This new formulation can remove P1200 sanding scratches, while using this compound with P1500 followed by P3000 Trizact offers excellent handling characteristics with easy clean up. It should be buffed with a wool compounding pad.
