It is a significant advance in defect removal. The Cut 'N Shine Wool Cutting Pad is newly developed blend of untwisted fibers which give it exceptionally aggressive cutting action, while suppressing the tendency of ordinary wool pads to scratch your finish. The pad has been upgraded to a new blend of fibers which reduce swirl marks (and are not as aggressive). It has a quick change Velcro backing system.
